Our Programs
Veterans Lifeway Center
Veterans Life Way Center is a Transitional male-only living facility for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. This twelve-bed facility acts as a temporary housing arrangement while providing wrap-around services to those who bravely served our nation throughout their life. Upon entry to the Veterans Lifeway Center, a potential resident can expect to receive the following services:
Our Services

Initial Intake and Needs Assessment

Determination of Housing Need

Assistance with identifying documentation (State/Military ID, SS Card, Birth Certificate, VA Benefits)

Referral for Employment and Career Assistance

Referral for mental health screening (including SUD, Undiagnosed Mental Illness, and Pre-existing Conditions)

Referral general medical evaluation

Monthly Meal Assistance
-
Additional Community Resources available upon completion of intake.
